Frozée des mers

Sea frost

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 dash of strawberry flavoring
  • 1 oz Kepler bord de mer

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Set aside.

In a champagne flute or balloon glass, place the strawberry slush and top up with sparkling wine (cava or prosecco).
