Lemon Pie Shooter

• 0,5 oz (15 ml) VodkaFit Limonade Sicilienne
• 0.5 oz (15 ml) Cointreau
• Glass rim with crumbled graham crackers ( Garnish )
• A dollop of whipped cream ( Garnish )
• A pinch of lemon zest ( Garnish )

Prepare the shot glass :

• Moisten the rim of the glass with a little lemon juice or VodkaFit Limonade Sicilienne.
• Dip it in crumbled graham crackers for a tasty crust.

Assemble the shooter :

• In a shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka and Cointreau.
• Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.

Serve :

• Strain the mixture into the prepared shot glass.

Add the finishing touch :

• Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
• Garnish with a little lemon zest to enhance the flavors (optional).
