  • 1,5 oz Kepler Céleste
  • 0.75 oz chipotle pineapple syrup
  • 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Sparkling wine
  1. Mix the ingredients together : In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Céleste, chipotle pineapple syrup, and lemon juice.
  2. Shake vigorously : Shake until the mixture is well chilled.
  3. Filter and serve : Pour into a champagne flute.
