Pink 75 Alphonse

  • 1 oz Alphonse
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Appalachian simple syrup
  • 3 oz non-alcoholic sparkling rosé

Combine the 3 ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Strain and pour into a champagne flute.

Extend with non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wine.

Serve.
